Management Team

Natasha Dalton | General Manager

Natasha’s love of working with seniors started while growing up in her close-knit, Newfoundland hometown–Harbour Main. Natasha’s mom had devoted her life to the care and companionship of seniors which inspired Natasha to continue down same path with the same passion and commitment over the last 20 years.

Natasha started her career as a PCA (Personal Care Attendant) while attending university. The fulfillment of this position led her to continue her studies at the Center for Nursing where she completed a Licensed Practical Nursing diploma. Since then she has devoted her heart and soul to geriatric care in both the private and public health care settings – mastering her clinical skills and building strong relationships with provincial health authorities, her colleagues and the residents and families she has served. Most recently, she joins Westbury Estates with 5 years director level experience as head of Nursing in her previous role at a large personal care home in St. John's.

When not working Natasha can be found enjoying time with her family outdoors on the local trails and parks.

Natasha is eager to continue her excellence in leadership to ensuring that our seniors are at the very core of everything we do.

Halyna is a mother of two daughters. Outside of work she enjoys watercolor painting, hiking with her family and taking photos of breathtaking landscapes.

Overall, Halyna’s goal is ensuring that each resident receives personalized attention and assistance tailored to their unique needs.

Amanda Greene | Recreation Manager

Amanda grew up in Carbonear with her mom, dad, and older brother. She later moved to St. John’s to attend Memorial University, where she earned her Bachelor of Education in Primary/Elementary. After graduating in 2009, Amanda began her career journey and soon found herself working as a Personal Care Attendant (PCA). It was in this role that she discovered her true calling; caring for seniors. This work became especially meaningful following the passing of her grandmother, allowing her to feel connected to her memory through the care she provides every day.

With over 15 years of experience working with seniors, Amanda has built a career dedicated to enhancing the lives of older adults. Her compassion, creativity, and fun-loving nature naturally led her to the field of Recreation and Social Wellness, where she found her true passion. She is committed to supporting residents’ emotional, cognitive, physical, and social well-being; ensuring that each day is engaging, purposeful, and filled with joy.

Amanda holds several professional certifications, including the Home Support/Personal Support Worker Program from Keyin College, the CMHA National Psychological Health and Safety Professional Certificate, and Psychological First Aid training. These qualifications, combined with her education and experience, reflect her strong commitment to providing holistic, person-centered care.

When she’s not at the job she loves, Amanda enjoys spending time with her son, traveling and adventuring with her partner and family, or exploring walking trails with her energetic Boston Terrier, Bella.

Ambitious, devoted, and passionate about her role, Amanda truly believes that “If you love your job, you’ll never work a day in your life.” Her enthusiasm and dedication shine through in her daily interactions with residents and staff at Westbury Estates.
